For patients and for clinics
Healthcare that just works.
For everyone.
Patients find a clinic nearby, book an open time, and see the fee before they confirm. Practices keep the schedule, check-ins, and bills in one place.

01 — The system
One place for patients and clinics.
Docplan gives healthcare providers tools to run their practice and puts them in front of patients who are looking for care. Patients find a clinic, book it, and keep every appointment and receipt in their account.

Safia, who is assigned to general consultation, is notified, approves the request, and the time is confirmed.
Docplan sends the reminders. The desk does not.
Carl gets a text or an email when the visit is booked, a reminder the day before, and one hour before.
The desk checks the patient in from the booking.
Cynthia checks
Carl in for 09:30. The chart is already there.
The doctor writes the visit down while the patient is still there.

Carl for a malaria test. The note stays with the clinic.
The doctor sends the patient to the lab.
Peter runs that queue.
Carl is on it for a malaria test.
The invoice has the booked fee and the test.
Peter issues it. The consultation is KSh 1,800. The malaria test is KSh 500.
The patient already has the appointment and the invoice.
Carl already has both. No need to call the desk.
02 — Where to start
Looking for care, or running a clinic.
I need care
Find care near you. Book in a minute.
See the fee, pick an open time, and get a text reminder before you go. Your appointments and receipts stay in your account, and you don't need one until you book.
I run a practice
Run your clinic. Get found by new patients.
Manage bookings, walk-ins, records and billing in one place, and publish a profile patients can book from directly. More tools are on the way.
03 — One side at a time
The story above is both sides at once.
Read the page that stays on yours. Patients: search, the booking, the texts, and the receipt. Providers: the board, the queue, and the invoice.
