For patients

Getting care
shouldn't be a chase.

Search for a service and see the fee. Book a time that is actually open. The appointment, the texts, the receipt, and the reviews help you keep the visit without calling the clinic back.

Search

Look before you open an account.

Search by the service, the place, and when you can go. You see the clinic, the reviews, and the starting fee before you sign up.

Booking

The time you confirm is actually open.

On Fri Sep 18, pick a service, see KSh 1,800, and choose Tue Sep 22 at 09:30. That slot is taken on the clinic’s board as soon as you confirm. You can reschedule or cancel later.

Appointments

The visit stays in your account.

Carl Bond’s appointment is at Enny, Tue Sep 22, 09:30 to 10:00, with Dr. Safia Nassor. Reschedule or cancel from there.

Texts

A text when it is booked, when it moves, and before you go.

On Fri Sep 18, Carl books Tue Sep 22 at 09:30 with Dr. Safia Nassor. The texts go out then, on Monday at 9:30 AM, and on Tuesday at 8:30 AM, an hour before the visit. Email goes as well. If the time moves, that text goes out too.

Receipt

The receipt shows the fee you saw, plus the test.

When the clinic issues the invoice, it shows up with the visit. The consultation is still the KSh 1,800 you saw. The malaria test adds KSh 500.

Reviews

Reviews are from people who were seen.

On the clinic page you see the reviewer, the stars, and what they wrote. A rating only appears after a visit.
