For providers

Running a practice
shouldn't be chaotic.

Publish your services and prices. People searching for care book a real time. Walk-ins, queues, charts, and invoices help you and your team keep a full day from coming apart.

The board

Open on the numbers that matter today.

Finished, no-shows, who is still booked, and anything left from overnight. Two appointments are still ahead, and one visit is still open from yesterday.

Schedule

Each provider sets the times patients can book.

Safia’s week is not the front desk’s week. Patients only see a slot that provider is actually free.

Reminders

He hears before the desk has to call.

Carl booked Fri Sep 18 for Tue Sep 22 at 09:30. Docplan texts him then, on Monday at 9:30 AM, and on Tuesday at 8:30 AM. Email goes as well. He can turn reminders off.

Check-in

A walk-in lands on the chart that is already there.

Sybha gives her name and phone. The number matches a chart at Enny, so the desk checks her in on that chart instead of creating another one.

Queues

Each room runs its own line.

Front desk, triage, lab, and pharmacy can each have a queue. Checking someone in, or sending them on, updates the screens that have that queue open.

The chart

The visit is written down while he is still there.

Reason, status, and notes stay on Carl’s chart. The next person who opens it sees this visit. His account keeps the appointment; the note stays with the clinic.

Invoice

The fee he saw is the fee on the invoice.

General consultation was KSh 1,800 on the booking page. That line stays. Add the malaria test at KSh 500 and issue both. Cash, M-Pesa, card, or insurance is noted at the desk.

Activity

The practice keeps a record of who did what.

An invite in August, a payment on Monday, Carl’s invoice at 9:54 AM. Each one is tied to the person who did it, so you can see what changed without asking around.

Team

The people you work with are on the same visit.

Cynthia checks Carl in. Safia has the chart. Peter runs the lab — that queue is his, and Carl is on it for the malaria test. Each of them is on their own login.

Roles

Each person opens the practice at their level.

Owner, admin, and collaborator. The desk does not share one login. Invite them when you are ready.

Your move

Add your services and prices. Then take a booking on the same board.

Publish the profile with your hours and fees. Patients book an open time from that. Invite the desk when you are ready — owner, admin, and collaborator, each with their own login.
